I would highly recommend Boots Opticians. They went that extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with my glasses despite the fact my previous pair were outside the warranty period. I had previously experienced trouble with the frames which Boots repaired on each occasion . However it got to the point that they needed replaced. Boots were happy to do that at no cost to myself. That's what I would call customer service !!!
