Great experience at Boots Edinburgh Princes Street on Sunday afternoon - Waqas, the optometrist, was approachable and very helpful. He explained the process of the sight test well. A special thank you to Donald who helped fix my glasses nose pads - this has made such a difference to my frame and I am really grateful to Donald for sorting this, excellent customer care. Thank you!
