I needed urgent attention on a busy Sunday afternoon. The attention I received at every stage by all staff was excellent. I was advised that I would see the same optometrist (Jane Anderson) at my follow up appointment which was very reassuring because she was thorough, very competent and efficient. I knew that I was in good hands. My follow up appointment was handled in the same manner and the care and attention was second to none. I also appreciated Dylan's time and patience when selecting new glasses.
