I've been with Boots Opticians for over 20 years so I've seen a vast number of optometrists/staff in the store. I've always felt I've been looked after - and given I've had my problems over the years, the fact that they always have my notes, means there's never been too much time spent asking me to remember what happened at a previous appointment. Obviously, the process of eye care has changed too and Boots Opticians has moved with the times and improved the facility. I like that, and it's a welcoming environment - thank you for that.
