Friendly staff, easy to get appointment online, everyone was very helpful in setting up my Contact Lens Reward Scheme again even though it was my fault it had lapsed. The Optometrist (Melanie) explained everything clearly and was very helpful, and Sarah helped me get everything sorted out with the direct debit. All the staff were very friendly and made it a great experience.
