Although my appointment was easy enough to arrange, I was the one who had to call and check when my check up was due, and it turned out my check-up was due back in September. Due to this being a contact lenses check-up I am aware a hold can be put on receiving contact lenses through the post if you don't attend your yearly check-up. This is what happened to me last year as I never received a reminder for my check-up then either. Hopefully I will receive a reminder next year.
