The service was very reasonable. However I have some problems with check-in. When I arrived I checked in, and was told to take a seat. After waiting 40 minutes I checked again with the reception to find out I hadn't been registered! It was very frustrating. Staff were very apologetic but it did mean I wasted a lot of time
