I've left one review for Sarah Renton already - coz she was so fab... but I then got a text to fill in this review separately - which I gladly do since I can also mention Katrina Smith (in dispensing) who didn't seem to have a searchable ref here. She was just SO fantastic. I felt totally looked after and was in professional hands from the moment I arrived.

The whole process from arranging appointment, seeing the optometrist to picking glasses was achieved without any hiccup. Everyone was extremely helpful and I felt that I was in no way rushed. All the staff I saw was very helpful and experienced, I could not fault them.
