Having had a bad experience with my local opthalmist, I felt I needed to see an other when I walked into boots optition I was met very quickly by one of the staff who explained all the necessary details of how to get from eye test to what if any glasses you may or may not need in a most friendly manner

I hurt my eye in the morning and contacted Boots, The Gayle around 12 noon. I got the first appointment available just after lunch. Claire saw me and diagnosed that I had scratched my cornea but as I had visited her quickly there was no infection. She also did a quick eye check for reassurance. So helpful and felt very much at ease after my visit. Claire also said if I had any issues afterward to be sure and call her. Very pleased with her efficiency and the eye clinic overall.
