This was a very bad experience. The young optician was very good but my examination was interrupted 3 times:once for a search for a record and twice for equipment. I discussed this with the manager as this to me is bad professional practice and customer care. He appeared to feel he had no real way of changing staff behaviour. He had asked for it not to happen but said they forget. Lenses and equipment needed should not be stored in a consulting room. Taking the optician away to look for a record is really poor culture and practice. I cancelled my follow up apt and went else where.
