Our actual assessment was excelllent - the only problem I had was arranging the appointment. Knowing my son was likely to need drops I specifically asked that our appointment was an appropriate length to allow this to happen. I was right and he did need drops but our appointment was not long enough and now I have the inconvenience of having to go back.

I had a problem with my eye and was asked to take a seat and fitted in. The staff were so helpful and efficient in dealing with me. Hannah saw me and as I thought I had scratched my eye taking my lenses out. She was so kind and helpful and put me at ease.
