The optician was very professional while friendly and re-assuring. She diagnosed a problem with my eyes and fetched her supervisor for a second opinion. Both were very re-assuring at all times and clearly prescribed treatment and medicated ointment. I was given a follow-up appointment for a further check up with the same optician in 4 days time.

I was treated with respect and everything was explained to me during my eye test. The optometrist was very polite.
