My appointment was for a contact lense trial . I had my vision checked by Rachel in your Gyle Edinburgh store. On finding a suitable lense I spent time with Calum who would show me how to put the lenses in and take them out. I have to say he is a credit to your team as he was friendly, extremely patient as I required a few attempts. He was able to guide me to find a natural way when I was having difficulties. With his help my confidence increased and therefore I was able to put them in and out with little effort . Calum was aware I am due to go on holiday and wanted my lenses for this. He scheduled my appointment so I would have them in time , I really can't thank him enough. Linda Howes
