I had a very sore eye and contacted my optician but they were fully booked. However as I am a current patient, they kindly 'squeezed' me in between patients. I'm so grateful, as I had managed to get a spot (?) under my eyelid which caused great discomfort. Wonderful service and huge thanks to Claire - she booked me in. Boots opticians are really great. Thank you.
