Friendly efficient staff excellent optician who clearly explained to my daughter every step of the test. Not many staff to serve on the purchase of new glasses so had to wait a bit to be served however the service received was great

The optician was lovely , my 10 year old daughter is a little nervous about going but sam made her feel at ease. 100% reccommend this opticians they are all brilliant

The seats I had to sit on whilst doing the eye health assessments were the most uncomfortable I have ever sat on. They incline backwards with an upward curve at the front that really digs into the back of the thighs. Ridiculous since the tests required me to sit forwards. The prices were way too steep. I was quoted £410 for one pair of glasses and that was using my own frames! I took my prescription to a different opticians and got two pairs for £250.

I have just had a conversation with my sister and given her Samantha Heal's name . I was very pleased with my care and found Samantha very professional and easy to talk too. I was shown the images of my eyes from 6 years ago to the present and she explained questions l asked , she explained to the staff what she had recommended and l also found the staff who did my tests and helped me choose my prescription sunglasses very helpful and friendly.
