Adrian the optometrist was very professional and explained everything clearly. Kerry the optician/fitter was excellent extremely patient and helpful throughout the visit, nothing was too much trouble and was very willing to offer useful advise as to style etc. a credit to Boots.

Good service as usual, however, I couldn't book my usual appointment online at first until I had opened an account which wasn't clear as I presumed that I had one. It didn't tell me otherwise :-(

Your choices above are a bit limiting. I have been returning to this optician for years because I am very happy with the care I receive from Mr Brand, and I have known his name for a long time, so nobody needs to tell me. Likewise, there is no need to discuss contact lenses again either. I will continue to return for Mr Brand to test my eyes as long as he is there. If/when he retires, I will probably go somewhere else more convenient for me. I rarely buy new glasses from Boots as my experience of fit and comfort for the price is not as good as I receive elsewhere.
