1st time taking 6 year old for a check up and she was brillisnt. Explained everything to him before she did it and even took time out to explain all the things on the photograph of his eye. Brilliant

Great service. Prompt appointment and lovely staff. Was really dreading having to start to wear glasses but all the staff really made me feel at ease.

All of the testing was efficient and thorough. The only major frustration was choosing glasses. Having spent an hour choosing frames I liked and getting opinions from others, I finally say down to order them to be told the frames weren't even available to order. Why were they even on the shelf? I felt so let down at this point that I simply left. A real downer.
