This was my first time using Boots opticians. From entry into the store, your staff were friendly and professional. I was dealt with by 4 ladies, each of whom addressed me politely and explained the relevant step of the appointment in an appropriate manner. I have worn glasses/contact lenses for nearly 40 years and found this to be the most customer friendly opticians. I have already recommended your store to friends and family. Please pass on my comments to the staff.

The Optometrist Alan Brand showed total professionalism and explained everything in a easily understandable way. Other staff involved were also professional and showed total consideration and care. This is our second year for dealing with this practice and gives us confidence to continue to use it in future years. The Car parking facilities are not ideal at busy times
