Arrived & stood at the desk to let them know I had an appointment but all the staff were busy with other people. Went and sat down, still no one came to ask if I'd been seen. 10 minutes after my appointment time I accosted a member of staff to say I was there for an appt & the time, she said she'd be with me soon. Once I'd been booked in everything was fine, very good service - but they need more staff!!
