Your choices above are a bit limiting. I have been returning to this optician for years because I am very happy with the care I receive from Mr Brand, and I have known his name for a long time, so nobody needs to tell me. Likewise, there is no need to discuss contact lenses again either. I will continue to return for Mr Brand to test my eyes as long as he is there. If/when he retires, I will probably go somewhere else more convenient for me. I rarely buy new glasses from Boots as my experience of fit and comfort for the price is not as good as I receive elsewhere.
