The service that I received was absolutely first class. Shoaib who booked me in made me feel immediately at ease and that I was in very capable hands. He explained all of the processes of the preliminary eye tests . Upon completion of these tests I was immediately seen by the optometrist who ,like Shoaib, was very patient, thorough, customer focused and friendly. After completion of the second eye tests it was clearly explained that I would need glasses for reading. I felt particularly comfortable with Shoaibs customer care that I asked if he would be able to assist in my selection of frames. Unfortunately he was at lunch at the time but you can't imagine my delight that he returned from lunch early in order to assist me and see me through the final part of my appointment. The members of staff with whom I had direct contact with were both an excellent credit to your company and I have no reservation in recommending colleagues, family and friends to this store. Thank you for such a first class customer experience.
