Both my husband and I had an eye test today at Boots in Doncaster. The optometrist was called Gully and he was absolutely fantastic! He explained everything in detail and made us feel very relaxed and the eye test was almost enjoyable! We were then seen by Shoaib who dealt with getting new glasses. Again, he was excellent, took the time to make sure the right choices were made and made a follow up appointment for when glasses were in store. All round excellent customer experience.
