I thought my experience at Boots opticians on Sunday really outstanding. The staff serves us straight away and also provided us advice on the new system about having to enter your car registration etc. And also helped us when being fined by visiting the opticians, the staff member went above and beyond and said they would sort it and get the manager to ensure the money would be refunded. I particularly want to say thank you to Lyndsey Mokryj. She was so helpful to me and my mum and dad. And also provided me with advice on what glasses suited me. So thank you
