Overall it was a good visit, and as it was my first it's always important. Although it did take 2hours from start to finish, which was rather a long time to be there. I would prefer it to be less time in the future. Haven't got my new glasses yet so not sure whether it was all worth it or not. I was pleasantly surprised to learn of the discount for over 60s. I didn't notice a tea/coffee facility, would have been a welcome service. Especially on a 2hr visit. Also my husband was sat waiting for me, he would have loved a coffee whilst waiting.
