Has refferd my 6 year old daughter to hospital as hopefully it will scare her into doing it right. Absolute idiot. Also laughed at my daughter when asked what a picture was and my daughter answers a dinosaur. It was a house yes but to laugh is disgusting. Then when my daughter couldn't read things on a certain line she was told well you've red that line ok prior do it properly. How I didn't lauch her around the room is beyond me.
