All staff pleasant and polite apart from the gentleman who finalised my order. I am disappointed at the selling method's used to try and get me to spend more money. To the point of blatantly lying. He stated that not having UVB coating would increase my chances of having cataracts. I feel although the rest of the staff were professional this has lost my trust with boots an an opticians. I don't think I will be using Boots in the future.
