Appointment was fine. Would have expected better infection control from a Boots branch, most chin & head rests were simply wiped with a tissue as apparently the branch had run out of antibacterial wipes. When I asked for something better then a tissue the optician wiped with hand gel which then stuck to my chin? Not great. Actual test & staff were fine. New glasses recommended but range of frames seemed very limited so will look round other providers who might have more choice.
