Was interrupted by another work colleague asking for her help after she had finished processing my order.. I thought it was rude and should have waited until after my consultation. I think spending £300 is worth a 1-1 and should feel valued as a customer. I said the the girl serving me that I thought that was rude, her reply was it happens all the time. Hope you take this on board and give feedback to help your company the value and empathy of your customers consultation.
