Positive The tests conducted and the Optometrist were very thorough. I was confident that the advice given was appropriate for me. Negative The chairs in the outer test and consultation area were the most uncomfortable and difficult to adjust that I have come across. I was unable to move the chair myself to position myself for the tests. For someone who is under 5ft and in their 80s this was very off-putting and uncomfortable. As is often the case staff fail to slow their speech and make things clear for older people ( fortunately I have 2 daughters who accompany me to all medical appointments to ensure that I understand garbled instructions and information given).
