I already had a prescription so did not need my eyes testing. The selection of frames is excellent and I received wonderful support (and patience!) from Clare. All the team go out of their way to be pleasant and helpful.

I was having an issue with my right eye and my usual optician couldn't see me until the foĺlowing day. I rang Boots and they saw me in the afternoon. I will be going back to Boots in future. Couldn't have been more helpful or reassuring.
