I was seen at the appointed time, not kept waiting as I moved through the processes. Staff were friendly but professional. New glasses were ready well within the stated timeframe, I was able to collect the day after getting the phonecall to indicate that they were ready. The fit was checked and adjusted to suit me very quickly. Overall an efficient service. Easy, free car parking right outside.
