Recently had my eyes tested in Boots at Craigleith. The service was first class. Martin made me feel relaxed during the test and the aftercare from Clare was just the best. I find It difficult to choose glasses but Clare took the time to help me choose the right ones. I will certainly use this store again next time I need an opticians services. Thank you to Martin and Clare

My visit to Craigleith Boots was a pleasant one.The staff are attentive and friendly. My eye test was carried out swiftly and with professionalism. I couldn't have been in better hands. In the past, I have found if difficult to find glasses that suit me. The staff at Boots, however- found many options and were so helpful and patient. They found me the perfect pair! Top quality service and would recommend them to anyone.

I came into the store with the sole purpose of buying new glasses (I had my eyes tested elsewhere). Upon arriving at the opticians I noticed three members of staff huddled around a desk talking. I was the only customer in the opticians area at the time so I thought one of them would greet me and ask how they could help. How wrong was I!! Not one of them approached me, I went over to browse the designer frames as I intended on spending a lot of money and I was only a mere foot away from them. I could hear their whole conversation and it seemed like they were more interested in talking about their impending night out than actually doing any work. I have worked in customer service for many years and I am quite frankly appalled at the lack of interest these colleagues have shown potential customers. It's safe to say I will be spending my money elsewhere.

Very efficient staff that lead me through the whole process. This was my first eye test and everything was explained thoroughly and I felt very comfortable in the hands of the staff. After my prescription was given a lovely gentleman helped me to find a style of glasses that suited me. He was very thorough and helpful and gave me lots of great information when choosing my glasses. Excellent service. Will continue to attend boots opticians for all my eye needs.
