The man I saw was a locum and was extremely friendly and helpful. He was running thirty minutes late as they had squeezed in an emergency appointment and he was very apologetic.

Micheal carried out my eye test and put me right at ease. He explained my prescription clearly and his recommendations well so I understood exactly. Sylvia helped me choose my frames. She was incredibly friendly and chatty making me feel very comfortable. She took time to help me choose the perfect frames which I will wear unlike the old ones that I hate! This was definitely the best experience I have had at an eye test and I have had a few!

I received excellent care from Martin and Claire at my appointment in Craigleith. Martin was friendly and very professional and took time to make sure I was going to try the contact lenses that would suit me best. Claire was also fantastic-she demonstrated how to put the contact lenses in and helped me to practice to make sure I was completely comfortable doing it myself. I was unsure about using contact lenses and these two have made everything so easy-I love that I am going to have contacts as an option now. Thanks so much!

Great service, but glasses quite expensive. Took prescription elsewhere.
