Clare took my appointment booking by telephone and warmly welcomed me when I arrived. She explained Martin would do my eye test. And she'd help me choose glasses. She understood my anxieties and concerns around choosing and wearing and making glasses work for me, because I'm passionate about wearing contact lenses....but do need to get into the habit of wearing glasses sometimes too. Clare offered exceptional person service during the entire process. I'm ever so thankful to her. And Martin too, who Clare invited in, to support me in my final choices. I can't tell you how big a deal wearing glasses is for me. Clare has offered to be there when I pick them up, to help ensure I'm going away with knowing how to make them work for me. I so appreciate that too, as it's a big investment of money. And emotional energy. And time.
