The Optician Mrs Tascon is amazing. Totally professional, very kind and has a lovely manor with the kids. She also gives good advice.

For each step from the start of my appointment up to choosing my glasses was a very smooth process, professional and helpful. However, to improve, was the lack of welcome at the reception desk. There was no one around on arrival as everyone was busy with customers and had to wait a while before someone came along to assist.

Extremely efficient Everything was explained to me in a manner that I could understand.As I have a history of glaucoma in my family I am particularly concerned that the eye test will be done thoroughly and the Boots Branch in Colindale referred me on last year because they weren't happy with something that they found So I feel secure in the k owledge that they are professional and I trust them to do a good job
