The service I received at Colindale was very good. Everyone was polite, friendly and took the time to explain every aspect of the process and my results to me fully. I saw Debbie (I think that was her name!) at the end of my consultation and she was particularly personable and, again, gave great customer service.

Appointment for eye test was exactly on time. Staff was very helpful and curtious, highly professional. Was informed exactly what was happening at every stage of my eye test. Absolutely no time wasting on the opticians side, as I had to go back to work immediately afterwards. Found all staff involved to be highly efficient. Would definitely use this branch again even though I live in West Berkshire, some 45 miles away.
