I was helped by the optometrist called Optometrist who was called Carmencita, and the Deputy Manager and the Manager. All three of them have been OUTSTANDINGLY professional, personable, warm, knowledgeable, honest. I have been very pleased indeed.

I received a very prompt service and the optometrist was very caring, friendly and reassuring. I would want to be checked by the same person again in the future. (The Columbine Spanish lady with twin sons based in the Colindale branch - great lady she is a star)
