All the staff were friendly and extremely helpful. They explain everything clearly and really gave good advised. They also made me feel relax and comfortable and help me to make the right decision in choosing my glasses.

The appointment process was an absolute shambles as it was double booked the first time. I was not advised until I got to the appointment & that too by the optometrist. She then asked one of the assistants to rebook which was then cancelled 2 days before & rescheduled again. I have been seeing the same optometrist for the past 26years & never had any problems. Your booking system needs to be improved so that this does occur again
