The staff was friendly and courteous. My appt was at 9am but it opened about 9.05 and few people was standing outside in a bit chilly morning. Good range of frames but would be grate if quoting price of one pair.

Staff friendly and came across caring rather than just business like. They kept me informed through the process and made it as comfortable as possible. Also spoke plain English and no medical jargon. Would recommend everyone to visit the Colindale boots branch.
