This was an appointment for my 4 year old daughter. The optometrist was great with her and built trust and rapport very quickly. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the whole team at the Colindale store- all friendly and polite. Thank you.

Great service. Booked last minute (less than an hour before the appointment) there were delays but was informed during every step of the process. My optician was very friendly and understood my issues and gave good suggestions.

Everything was great. The only downside is that I joined the contact lens reward scheme and I've yet to get the letter to get 10% off boots products in store
