The reception area is rather non-descript. There is never anyone there to deal with your problem or appointment and there was a long wait until I saw the optician(who is excellent by the way). There should be more magazines to read and a coffee machine would be nice. Also the prices of the glasses were not clear as they were labelled £35 or £50 but some had different prices on them.
