The Ophthalmology assistant who initially booked Ciara in and took her details, subsequently took the photos of the back of her eyes. He was very reassuring and friendly, putting Ciara at ease. Very important as she is only 11. I am really cross with myself that I cannot remember his name, as he was lovely and should be recognised. If there is any way of finding out his name and passing on our thanks to him, I would be really grateful! :) The Optometrist was professional and spoke to Ciara rather than me, again, I thought this was very client centred. Thank you. Always a seamless service at Colindale.
