Was really impressed with the staff in Boots Colindale. However, when I handed my glasses in for the lens to be replaced, I was told that it would be 10 days before I get my glasses back with the new lens. I think it's totally unacceptable that a simple change in lenses should take 10 days. I rely on my glasses for a lot of things and I am greatly inconvenienced by this long wait.
