Very happy with the service. Only slight moan is that I forgot to bring my reminder letter containing the "Free Eye Test" coupon and so I couldn't get a free eye test, despite purchasing two pairs of prescription glasses. These are not golden coupons only available a limited time to premium customers; they are on every reminder letter I receive from Boots. I'm sure another letter could have been printed out, if you needed the paper coupon. As a long standing customer, and in these days of technology, I think it's a bit petty to insist I had the little bit of paper. Also us older customers, who's eyes are deteriorating and regularly need to purchase new glasses, are also getting a bit forgetful!
