After having a eye test in preparation for trying contacts, was given a 11am weekday appointment for "lens teach". Took time off work, waited for a while , only then to be told " we are a bit short staffed". So they wont do the training. And the next free appointment would not be for at least 10 days! They wasted my time, cost me money from not working. WHY DIDNT YOU CALL ME?!! I have trusted Boots, just spent £150 on glasses with you, and was prepared to buy monthly contacts
