I have been going to this opticians branch for 20 years. Even before it became Boots. I've seen the same optom in all those years because she is fantastic! Nina gives time to thoroughly check not just eyesight but eye health. She has a warm and friendly manner so I always feel at ease and can chat to her about what's going on with me. The other staff over the years have always also been brilliant. Attentive, knowledgeable and friendly and never looking stressed or as if they don't know what's going on. The dispensers really care about helping you find the best glasses (or contacts) for you rather than just selling the most expensive pair. I have to mention David who has been my dispenser over the last good few years and is wonderful to deal with. I appreciate his honesty, and his attention to detail. I made a big mistake 2 years ago and was tempted to go to another high street brand beginning with an S due to a special offer. The service was poor, the prescription inaccurate (they did a second test with a different result!) and they produced shoddy glasses once they put lenses in. Took me 3 months to sort out and it still wasn't great. I've learnt my lesson! Back to Boots Colindale from now on!
