From first phoning up to get an appointment everyone was very courteous and considerate. I use a power wheelchair but never once felt that I was a nuisance - or that I was receiving a different type of attention or care from anyone else waiting to be attended too. All staff were very pleasant, had a smile for everyone, even when they were very busy. I left after my appointment feeling that everything had been explained to me in great detail and feeling very reassured about my sight problems. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, considerate optician!

Although staff were friendly I waited nearly an hour for my appointment to then be told I'd been sent my appointment letter too early and should not have been there! I don't think I've ever had an appointment on time.
