All the staff were very polite and helpful. Everything was explained to me clearly and all my questions were answered. I would really recommend having an eye test at this opticians. They put you at ease and give quality advice and recommendations.

Thank you. I was very happy with the service I received. The young woman who carried out the 5 tests on my eyes pre-eyesight Test was cheerful and helpful. The young woman Optometrist was efficient, and fully explained everything. The young guy I saw afterwards kindly tightened up my current glasses & put new silicone supports on the bridge of my glasses which are considerably more comfortable than previous ones. He was also helpful expaining how one's eyes change as we age. So, altogether a positive visit. Thank you. Kind regards, Claudette Ambrose.
