Everything was brilliant apart from the website and online booking. I did go wrong there and then found it difficult to cancel the appointment I had made for the end of the month instead of the beginning. My mistake and no doubt my incompetency!

I always try to see a lady named Sara Miller. she is friendly and professional and understands what you might be experiencing and explains things (i.e. dry eyes), and I feel very confident in her abilities and with her recommendations. I would not go anywhere else. when i arrived today I was told they were running a bit late! I appreciated this as I could go and have a walk round town, rather than waiting for a long time in the c waiting room...

I was impressed with the thoroughness of the eye test. I was not impressed with the sales ladies effort of selling me what I considered to be an expensive pair of glasses, without first ascertaining what if any monetatype figure I might wish to spend.
