Everyone was very helpful and friendly especially a woman who discussed my needs before I had my opthamologist appointment. She and the lady who did the quick checks were absolutely brilliant. The man who measured me up for my glasses was extremely courteous and yet still very human, he was a trainee but seemed very competent.

World class service. I decided- very last minute- that I wanted contact lenses for my wedding. The practice manager-with calm and empathy- understood my position and carefully investigated the diary system. She booked me in for an eye sight/eye health/contact lens check within one hour. Truly happy. Your locum optometrist was very efficient. She spotted a pigment around my macula within the left eye- she has referred me to hospital. What a great service.

Appointment time was at 15:35, finally went into the consultation room at 16:15 Unfortunately, no recognition of the long wait was made, nor any apology made. However, all the staff I came into contact with were professional, polite and helpful.
